• If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
  I am a very honest person who cares so much about love ones. Will go the extra mile for their happiness. Respect is the main part of who I am.
• How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
  Being very discipline...
• What makes you stand out from the crowd?
  Im honest Im true I don’t lie and I don’t like to lie. I do what I say I’ll do. Always think about other people more. I am a caring person, true to what I say.
• How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
  If I get a chance to travel i will travel. But right now is just Ontario and Montreal. Look out guys I will be starting to travel within Canada this summer, so look out for dates in your home town. I might be traveling to you ;)
• What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
  I love to play with dog and go hiking with him.
• Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
  Is opening up my own gym and having my own private studio.
• What are your greatest personal traits?
  My greatest attributes is winning fitness model back to back 2008-2009.
• What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
  It’s is very important for to get my sleep! I eat a very strict diet no fat just lean, I do cheat at night for my sweets (lol)..
• What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
  First off, it the choices that I make. I am very a spiritual person, and I am always thankful for my family.
• What do you do for fun?
  I hike in nature. It’s very important for me to be in nature it keeps my mind clean and clear.
• What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
  It’s my family/work/friend, I surround myself with positive people who makes me successful today.
• What should others absolutely know about you?
  The pictures the videos shows everything of who I am. I am committed to my lifestyle, this is why I became successful, is what I choose. Now, I get this opportunity to share to the world.
• What do you enjoy most about yourself?
  Well, I have the opportunity to learn everyday every moment, I’ve learn life experience and learning how to express myself in a gentle a sensual way.
• If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
  Live this moment and embrace it! Cuz, life is to short!

  1. I can not live without working and training hard. Having a balance clean meal to eat. So I can perform for my amazing clients, like you 😉
  
  2. I can not live without my facial products. Taking care of your skin, makes a different in your skin. More younger/glow complexion and soft and supple.
  
  3. My family, I love it when they are there to support me in whatever I do in life.
  
  4. My dog Maximus, a true friend and he loves me unconditionally.
